Include the affected page URL and an official source when reporting a content error. For checker failures, include the request ID shown in the response or browser developer tools, but do not send an API key, APK, keystore, password or private signing material.
Response scope
PkgReady cannot recover Google or store accounts, decide package ownership disputes or accept signing keys. Those actions must stay in the appropriate official console and support channel.
Security reports
Describe the impact and reproducible steps without accessing other users' data or degrading availability. We will acknowledge valid reports and prioritize fixes by user impact.
